Craig somehow managed to get my case pushed back for over six month, and the fines I ended up having to pay were NOTHING compared to what I had expected. Donald Phelan was my lawyer he was very knowledgeable, reliable, trustworthy, and a big fighter for my case. My case took long not from our part, but from the other party which kept dragging everything in which the cook county judge was just not reasonable by giving the other party many chances. If you have a speeding ticket of any sort, then Craig is the right Attorney for the job!!! I received a ticket for speeding 35+ mph over the speed limit, which falls under a criminal offense and can lead to jail time and fines that doubles my rent. Craig got the speed reduced to 11-14 over the limit, and also got me court supervision. Now I don't have to worry about it being on my record or effecting my CDL. If I ever run into trouble again, I know who to go to. I'm a very relieved client.

I found myself in a horrible situation with a ticket issued for stopping just past an intersection (for all of 3-4 seconds) at approximately 12:30 AM at night. His message on his greeting says (paraphrasing), that his goal is/was to return your call within 24 hours of receipt of it ...and he did! Imagine my surprise, this attorney with several hundred 5 star reviews, who undoubtedly was/is extremely busy...got back to me! (A little ole everyday person like me) as he said he would, not only within 24 hours BUT with a free consultation and clear direction that resolved my case! I'll just put the brakes on for you and say “please stop” and look no further because he is an expert in “all things traffic”... Experienced, talented and very knowledgeable of his craft...personable, no “airs”, no “fronts”...he just immediately puts you at ease and your fears to rest and makes you feel so comfortable in his direct approach to a resolution. I have never experienced such a warm exchange with an attorney in my life! (And believe me; I've sifted through “the deck” with my sons.) I was facing 1 ticket when I reached out to Craig to help me, then I got another, then I got another and that time the officer gave me two at once. Each time I reached out to Craig he was super helpful, he made it extremely easy, figured out when to do my court dates accordingly to fight them off. This guy is amazing! I had gotten off supervision 4 months prior, and already had a ticket on my record. Already had my license suspended as well. Keep in mind I'm only 18. I was caught one night STREET RACING and SPEEDING double the limit. Both Class A Misdemeanors. I was facing potential jail time and large fines, not to mention a potential revoked license. By no fault of John's my divorce dragged on for over two years. He never gave up and was persistent in making sure no stone was left unturned. In the end I got much more than expected. I called Craig after I spoke to 2 different attorneys ! I liked him right away he was very professional. I would highly recommend choosing Craig Boston for any legal needs where he practices. I received a ticket in Dupage County for aggravated speeding, which is a Class B misdemeanor, and this is after recently receiving two other speeding tickets in previous months. I also received a ticket for an expired license plate sticker. To make matters worse, I was still on court supervision for another traffic ticket within the past year. I was almost certain I was going to lose my license. Choosing an attorney in this case was very tough. If you find yourself facing any type of trouble in traffic court you won't find a better representative.
